South African Amapiano producer and DJ Sims Noreng officially begins a new chapter with the release of his debut EP, “NorengVille.” Released on Friday, September 11, 2026, the seven-track project introduces listeners to the sound and creative direction behind his growing musical identity.
The project arrives as part of what Sims Noreng has dubbed “Noreng Szn,” a rollout that has been building anticipation around his first major body of work. The release is also being celebrated with an official EP launch event at Bond Lifestyle in Krugersdorp, Munsieville.
Across its seven tracks, NorengVille brings together thick Amapiano production, Pitori influences, catchy vocal performances, and a range of collaborators. Sims Noreng takes the producer’s seat throughout the project while allowing each guest to add a different character to the songs.
The EP opens with “Mabhebheza” featuring Slimeboyy_LeGupta before moving through collaborations with Vithiza, Mabena102, Mavee DripGod, Javas de Vocalist, and FutureNtwana. The variety of voices gives the project a dynamic feel while keeping its Amapiano foundation intact.
