Staying focused has been a consistent part of BNXN’s journey, and he reflects that mindset on “16,” a smooth Afro-fusion record released on October 1, 2026. The solo track appears on his newly released six-track EP, Still In Charge.

Positioned as the third track on the project, “16” sits between “Online” and “Deliberate Work,” giving BNXN room to lean fully into his laid-back delivery, melodic hooks, and distinct songwriting style.

The song centres on consistency, hard work, and remaining committed to one’s path despite distractions. Its core message comes through in the line, “E don dey my routine, since I was 16 never to lose my focus,” reflecting a mindset BNXN says has stayed with him over the years.

BNXN keeps the performance entirely solo, allowing the lyrics and melodies to carry the record without a guest appearance. “16” adds an introspective moment to Still In Charge while offering a glimpse into the discipline behind his creative journey.

Listen to BNXN’s “16” and experience a focused solo cut from the Still In Charge EP.
