Nigerian Afrobeats star BNXN makes a surprise return with “Online,” a brand-new single accompanied by an official music video. Released on September 17, 2026, the track arrives as the latest preview of his forthcoming project Still In Charge.
Produced by frequent collaborator Telz, “Online” carries BNXN’s familiar smooth vocal style over a rhythmic production that draws from Afropop and Amapiano, with Yoruba lyrics adding a strong Nigerian touch. The song explores the frustrations of modern communication and the need to step away from the noise before returning with renewed presence.
“Online” serves as the second official single from BNXN’s upcoming six-track EP, Still In Charge, scheduled for release on September 24, 2026. It follows his July collaboration with Asake, “Eja Meja,” and continues the build-up toward the new project.
The surprise release also generated plenty of social media activity, with BNXN joining the online conversation by playfully tagging billionaire Aliko Dangote and encouraging Dangote Group staff and shareholders to play the song at work.
