Congolese rumba takes centre stage once again as Fally Ipupa unveils XX : Délirium, the expanded second edition of his eighth studio album. Released on September 18, 2026, the project arrives through Elektra France and Warner Music France, continuing the musical journey introduced with the first edition of the XX project earlier this year.

XX : Délirium explores Fally Ipupa’s deep connection to authentic Congolese rumba while making room for contemporary Afrosounds and modern production. The multi-disc release gives the celebrated singer and songwriter space to move between traditional influences and newer sounds without losing the musical identity that has defined his career.

The album also brings together an impressive team of producers, including Tresor, Dany Synthé, Seysey, Joel Synthé, Lokua Kanza, Joé Dwèt Filé, DJ Maphorisa, and Nyadjiko. Their contributions add different textures to the project and help shape its broad musical direction.

With XX : Délirium, Fally Ipupa delivers an ambitious continuation of the XX era, built around the richness of Congolese rumba and a modern African sound.
